Applicable taxes extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exclusive offers and promotions\nSite events are exclusive to the WEB Site. Promotions and discounts on selected products run while stocks last or until the promotion end date. Phyt\u2019s Canada makes no warranty in this regard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Delivery<\/span><\/strong><br>\nWe will use reasonable commercial efforts to deliver the ordered products to you as quickly as possible, times are approximate only. All products are shipped by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping agreements and beyond our control.\nWe are not responsible for any loss, cost, damage, charge or expense resulting from late delivery. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are not received because the recipient address you provided is not correct. Please make sure the recipient&#8217;s address is correct. We reserve the right not to deliver to certain addresses or to certain PO boxes located in post offices.\n<br>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">International orders<\/span><\/strong><br>\nOrders placed on the Site are delivered exclusively to Canada and the United States.\nCustoms clearance costs and customs allowances are not included and are at the expense of the recipient.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Return or exchange policy<\/span><\/strong><br>\nIt is possible to return your merchandise within 15 days of your order receipt date. The products must be intact and in their original packaging. Products such as some cosmetics cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, especially when the product is unsealed.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your order or certain products, simply send us an email to obtain a return authorization number and specify the product (s) you wish to return. Further instructions will be provided to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund will be made to your credit card following receipt of the product at our warehouse and an assessment of its condition by a manager.
